Sharpening Skills: Mobile Training Team Upgrades III MEF Administrative Capabilities
U.S. Marines with III Marine Expeditionary Force completed the Intermediate Administrative Specialist Course in Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 3 to 26, 2026. Led by a mobile training team of instructors from the Personnel Administration School, the course equipped noncommissioned officers with advanced personnel systems and unit-level management skills. Ultimately, this enhanced administrative readiness directly enables III MEF’s broader mission to provide rapidly deployable, self-sufficient expeditionary forces capable of supporting contingency operations across the Pacific theater.
