About USMilitaryAtlas

The complete reference for the U.S. military — built to inform, educate, and connect Americans with the stories of those who serve.

Our Mission

Most Americans know surprisingly little about the military that defends them. Which branch trains the most officers? What does a warrant officer actually do? How do you get into West Point? What happened at the Battle of Chosin Reservoir?

USMilitaryAtlas exists to answer those questions — clearly, accurately, and without the jargon. We believe an informed citizenry is the best partner a military can have. Understanding the institution means understanding the people in it: their sacrifices, their traditions, and their place in American history.

We are non-partisan. We are not affiliated with the U.S. government or any branch of the armed forces. We simply love this history, respect this service, and want to share both as widely as possible.

Who Built This?

USMilitaryAtlas is a product of AISureTech, a small technology company focused on building AI-powered reference tools that make expert-level knowledge accessible to everyone.

Our content is researched from official government sources, peer-reviewed historical records, and trusted defense journalism. Where AI is used — most notably in the Captain Liberty chat feature — we disclose it clearly and apply topic guardrails to keep responses accurate and responsible.

We welcome feedback, corrections, and story suggestions. If something is wrong or something is missing, please let us know. Getting the history right matters to us.
