Northern Strike 26-2 tests joint medical response during mass-casualty training at Camp Grayling
Medical teams from four military branches participated in a simulated mass-casualty event during exercise Northern Strike 26-2 at Camp Grayling, Michigan. More than 20 mock casualties were treated as personnel practiced evacuation, triage, and patient stabilization under realistic field conditions. Each branch played a specialized role, from patient transport and triage to equipment coordination and mortuary affairs. The exercise tested communication and teamwork, sharpening their skills and strengthen interoperability across multiple domains.
