Navy Engineer Brings Seabee Grit and Fleet-Wide Experience to Joint Base Andrews

Lt. Cmdr. Curtis Weis has stepped into the role of Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) at Joint Base Andrews (JBA). He brings nearly two decades of engineering and operational leadership to the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington's mission of supporting the warfighter.
