Hoosier National Guard soldier recognized for streamlining talent management
INDIANAPOLIS — In June the Army recognized an Indiana National Guard soldier for his innovative and transformative process to help streamline the Army's talent management system not only in the Army but also in the Army National Guard and Army Reserves as well. Chief Warrant Officer 5 Darren Minnemann, who's served in the military for nearly 40 years, was named as a Distinguished Member of the Adjutant General Corps for revolutionizing how the Army manages its soldiers during a ceremony at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
