FLCY Recognizes YN2 Barker at Tour's End

Yokosuka, Japan (Sept. 3, 2026) – Yeoman 2nd Class Jiha Barker was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal by NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka (FLCY) Executive Officer Cmdr. Brad Sturgis, marking the completion of a successful two-year, four-month tour of duty.
