Civil Affairs Soldiers Attend Lithuania's Largest American Car Show

U.S. Army Civil Affairs Soldiers assigned to the 418th Civil Affairs Battalion engage with festivalgoers at American Spirit 2026, Lithuania's largest gathering of American cars and motorcycles, at the Druskininkai Airfield in Druskininkai, Lithuania, July 31, 2026. The festival drew 375 registered vehicles and crews from at least seven countries. Civil Affairs teams engage local populations directly to build relationships, understand the operating environment and inform commanders' decisions.
