Four college ROTC nursing cadets spent their summer embedded at Irwin Army Community Hospital to experience the unique demands, clinical autonomy, and culture of Army medicine. Through hands-on training and mentorship from active-duty staff, the cadets gained invaluable leadership skills and solidified their commitment to becoming future Army nurses.
