95th Training Division Tests How It Could Expand Basic Training in a Major War
1st Brigade, 95th Training Division, partnered with the 434th Field Artillery Brigade at Fort Sill to test how Army Reserve drill sergeant formations could help expand Basic Combat Training capacity during a major conflict. Operation Wildcat Rising kept Reserve drill sergeants together as a formation, tested the model during an actual BCT cycle, and identified both its potential and the communication, resourcing and institutional requirements needed for future use.
